Okay so it turns out on top of the bronchitis..I have carpel tunnel in my right arm and also tendonitis in my ankle.

Sooo I have to get a wrist brace thingy..oh joy..and i have to wrap my ankle and get better every day shoes. Apparently my foot wraps a bit when i walk. Also I can do spin class but no step aerobics..no basketball..no tennis. Nothing that is turning or hard on the foot. Just glad I can keep exercising.

But yeah guys nothing is worse then being injured and not being able to work out so watch yourselfs and be careful. Mother has spoken..LOLLL

Glad everyone is doing great. JM I know your frustrations. You gotta really look at your nutrition. I swear if you just eat whole foods your going to be fine. Gotta really look at what your eating. I know thats what it is. Most personal trainers will tell you they would rather see you eat healthy then work out at all. Processed foods are the devil I tell you..lol

Feel better Di! I too have something wrong with my left quadricep. I think I may have pulled or strained it from spin class the other night. It totally sucks, I was going to go to the gym last night, but I couldn't even walk straight!

The funny thing is, I totally cleaned up my eating this week. Got rid of coffee and most dairy, and added a whole lot of fruits and veggies. I've eaten more fruits and veggies this week than I have in 3 months time! Its weird, but I'm not gonna let it bother me too much because I know I lost some weight this month. Going to the docs today so I'll get the official lost lbs from her today!

Reporting in.... 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes rowing machine, 1 hour pilates class. I'm feeling good. Can't believe I like to exercise. Who knew it would be like this?!

Karey-you go girl, do some for me!

I went to a spin class last night and tonight is my fave step class of the week! Tomorrow is spin class at 5:30am and then I do a step class at 9am. I am trying to get exercise in this week bc next week I have to go to Europe for work and it is soo hard to exercise when traveling (jet lag, 12 hr plane rides, etc).

40 mins looking round my house at 4am for my wallet, 30 mins on the butt pounder (term borrowed from babygrl for bikeing), 20 mins drowning (I mean swimming)

Hehe it is even funnier when you say it.

Scales - I do weight daily, but only take my weight seriously on Wednesdays when I record it on my calendar, () I seem to weight less on Weds for some reason!) and now Sundays since thats what we record on our cute lil spread sheet.

I'm not going to make it to the gym tonight... so I walked down, then up 8 flights of stairs today at the hospital 3x. I'm slow, and exhausted, so it took me about 30 minutes total. That should count for cardio and resistance I think! Ha! Going up 8 flights is NOT easy! My thighs were bitching at me the whole time!

Okay, worked shoulders today for an hour and a half. Wasn't into it, which has never happened before. Weird...didn't like the feeling...wonder what's up with me? I hope it's just a 24-hour bug! LOL Seriously, it's not funny. I'm so exhausted...maybe that's it.

Wow, Stefanie, I hope you feel better tomorrow! I'm scared! Bring back Miss Armstrong!

And boy oh boy...today will make me appreciate ANY other day!

And JM - Don't be scared! Pull on my arms and legs to make my powers come to life and I will be right back on my game tomorrow!

(Dare I say that I just took an Ambien? JUST ONE! I'm packing it in early tonight and getting me some GOOD rest.)

Okay well I did my elliptical at home tonight, and I was so down. I should have just went to the gym... A little down today..It will be better tomorrow...I will hit the gym before I kidnap hubby for a dinner date! I got to get out of this funk, that is for sure...Only 45 minutes on the elliptical.

ok, so my 2008 Challenge is "A YEAR OF MILES"! My goal is to complete or surpass 365 miles in 365...on the elliptical.

Today is day 10 and i'm at 10.03miles...and yes, i count the .03! lol...

anyhow, i just wanted to share with everyone the blog that i did on myspace tonight bc i was having an exceptionally difficult time completing my workout tonight....sore muscles, losing the will power to workout, etc. hope ya'll don't mind, but here it is, i've copy/pasted it over:

Before I do anything else, I have to give Praise & Glory to my God! He ROCKS so much that HE IS THE ROCK!!!

I was having a tough time tonight pushing myself to make the 10mile mark on this 10th day of my exercise challenge....and so of course, I turned to Him. ONLY THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME was I able to complete my workout today.

I praised, prayed, asked for blessings of motivation, endurance, energy, stamina, and will power to push through to the end and HE BLESSED ME with all of those things!

Through sore muscles in places that I had forgotten that muscles existed, I pushed through with Him by my side the entire time. Not only am I taking the 2008 Challenge for myself, as I had originally thought, but now I realize that its helping me rely on Jesus even with the most menial tasks. I enjoy and look forward to my time alone with God while I'm on the elliptical.

So, not only am I getting my "sweat on", I'm also getting my "Praise & Prayer on" as well!

So before I did anything else tonight after my workout I knew I needed to share my report with everyone. Without Jesus by my side I can stubble around in my existence, BUT WITH JESUS BY MY SIDE, I can even overcome this wonderfully horrible machine known as the elliptical!

Be Blessed People!

xoxo, Christie
