Sunbed after the surgery…




Hello all! For the sleeves who have been healed for a while, if you are a tanner like me, how long did you have to wait to go tanning after surgery? I usually tan 1-2 times a week during the warm months, but I'm not sure how long to wait? I

I occasionally use a sun bed for eczema issues. The one time I went on the sunbed I never thought about my surgery scars and they didn't react.

just keep in mind that your scars will sometimes darken with excess sun exposure.

Wow this is really surprising. Solariums (sun beds) were banned in almost all Australian states more than 15 years ago (the last state ban occurred more recently) because of the increased risk of skin cancers (a 60-75% increase) from using them.
