  • I was like that on liquids. Even still if I drink more than a cup of water without eating first in the morning it goes right through me

  • I found if I was eating liquids I pooped liquids. As soon as I switched to the ground meat phase, there were no more surprises.

C'est normal. I never peed more than when on the post-op liquid diet. It does get better.

Add some soluble fibre (look for non swelling ones) to your soups, shakes etc. it will help make things a bit ‘firmer’. I used Benefibre for months to boost my fibre intake & help with regularity.

I’m allowed puréed food from day 2 here in the uk but it hurt going down so they told me to go back on soups for a few days.
I’m going between the two and everything not just soup seems to go through me, I did have an issue before surgery with some foods but this is everything.
