Any December 2021 bypass people?

Well I have a date for December set. Hopefully everything goes through with insurance since my nutrition class for December is a little earlier in the month, but otherwise things seem to be on track. Just wondered who else might be a December RNY out there???

For some of us we will be starting the liquid diet this week or next. Hoping all goes well, we are getting closer!

Yep! I start my diet tomorrow. Diet is more about "very low calorie" than liquid. Optifast is the method

Dec. 2nd here! - although mine is a revision. The revision board seems to be kinda dead so thought I'd pipe in here. I hope everyone is uber successful!

I was December 3 rd

How are you doing??? So glad for you!

Well, I can honestly say, I thought it would be much worse than it actually was. So happy about that. I'm super sore, but I can handle that! The one thing I'm surprised about is that I am having gerd issues. I had a bypass so that I wouldn't have to deal with that any more. But I guess that's part of the whole deal. Doctor said I would be on my gerd meds for about 3 months.
