What is your biggest obstacle

Post surgery, what part of this process has been your biggest obstacle? Pre surgery, what are you dreading the most?? I am 5 months post op and my absolute biggest obstacle is boredom eating. I battle it daily!! I have had one appointment with a specialist but she is super busy and I don’t talk to her again for two months….I am just curious what, if anything others are struggling with or have struggled with and any tips on how to deal with these things.
