Hello! I met with my Dietitian on Monday for my 3 month follow up. I have been able to eat about 1-1.5 cups of solid food since about 4 weeks. Obviously this depends on the type of day and food.

3.5 years out...I can eat about a cup at a time (and sometimes less) if it's a fibrous food that doesn't slide. If it's a slider, I can eat more...comfortably. Had about a cup and a half of thinned

I am a little over 4 months and I eat 4 oz of meat/ protein and small amount of veggies ( 1/4 to 1/2 cup) for most meals. I measure everything out so that I don’t overeat. My protein is around 100g
I'm wondering what portion size people are eating around the half year mark since surgery. I am able to eat more then I thought I was going to be able to eat. Still about a cup of food at a time but maybe sometimes a little more then a cup. Is this supposed to be happening?
