My surgery is scheduled 4/8. I'm excited but, also super nervous [emoji27]. What are you guys packing for the hospital? Are ya'll stocking up on liquids (broth and protein shakes etc.) now?

I am also losing slow but I am okay with that too. It is just so weird when I try on clothes and can fit in to a smaller size but the scale hasn’t moved in weeks.

I'm doing the nature's truth hair, skin and nails gummies 2500 Mcg of biotin. Hair still falling out but not a lot at time now

I just ordered a pair of junior jeans and thought to myself they’ll be pants I work to get into. They came in and I tried them on and they fit loosely! I was shocked

Started at 278 and I’m down to 190. Stalling a bit between 194-190 I need to drink more water and do better with protein. Has anyone started drinking? If so what’s your experience been?

My surgery was April 23rd and I’m down 50 lbs, started at 206. Slow going but going. I got stuck in the 160s for a while. No big issues, just when I eat too fast. I’m happy I had the surgery; it changed my life.

So here’s some before and afters. The before is 2 weeks before surgery the after is about a week ago. Miinimal loose skin. I’m down 87 lbs since surgery. (Pics are screen grabs from my TT because I haven’t done many before and after pics)

Hi everyone, I guess i can say im doing good. But there's always room for progress. Im thankful that i am not experiencing any hair loss.? Im still trying to get use to taking the horse pills everyday ?...One thing I can say is it feels good to say "NO MORE PLUS SIZE FOR ME". Currently i can wear a size 11/12 in fashion nova jeans. ? I haven't been in this size since since the age of 26 yrs?. One thing I hate is that my farts smell awful @ times?. Also I hate the fact that my ass which I mean literally has shrunk.?and I want it back. Hopefully, I dnt lose anymore.

My surgery was April 1st 2021. I started at 377 and I am down to 256. My goal is 180-190

Wow. That is great. Are you exercising?

I am, I walk a good bit when I can. I have a bad hip, one reason I needed to lose weight, I need surgery on my hip.

I’m officially down 90lbs!!!!!! 19 pounds from my original goal weight but now I’m thinking 150 is a better goal weight. I am so excited!
