Yesterday was my year anniversary lost about 100 ponds attaching a before and after pic

My surgery gastric bypass was on April 14th 2021 so 12 more days until my year anniversary stared at 237 down to 140 done pretty good with surgery except for a couple of bouts with gastritis

i had gastric bypass April 14th lost 90 pounds

You know they do have vitamin patch

i wear multi vitamin patch it is called Patch MD just Goggle it patch md multi vitamin patch you wear 1 everyday i put mine on my shoulder it works just had blood work done was was good on all my vitamins and minerals

On the chicken breasts' air fry it and keep a eye on it don't let it cook to long just until is done and it will be moist

Did you have heparin injections during your hospital stay i did of course i was in for 6 days it is to prevent blood clots they alternated legs giving it to me in my thigh ask the doctor about it on my 6 week follow up he said that was normal and should go away after about 3 months

I had gastric bypass on April 14th 2021 was in the hospital 6 days had to have emergency surgery 2 days after surgery bowels was getting restricted i was in some pain kind a like a stomach ache but about 10 times worse went for my 6 week checkup today 05/28/2021 down to 200 pounds on surgery date 239

My surgery was April 14th 2021 starting weight 237 down 198 in a little over a month
