LOOKING FOR RECCOMENDATIONS FOR LOW-CARB/LOW SUGAR/LOW FAT/HIGH PROTEIN BARS

Please share your favorite brands/buys. I like Quest bars. Looking at Premiere, too.

  • I had to stop eating protein bars because they slowed my weight loss (even though I diligently counted those calories and factored them into my total). But I like No Cow Protein Bars.

  • I like Quest Hero bars even better than the regular Quest bars. Also Power Crunch and Robert Irvine's Fit Crunch.

I’m not a fan of the power crunch. I thought I’d like them but they’re weirdly sweet in a chemical way for me. ?‍♀️ I do however like the bariatricpal protein bars and have ordered them multiple times

I’m not a fan of the power crunch. I thought I’d like them but they’re weirdly sweet in a chemical way for me. ?‍♀️ I do however like the bariatricpal protein bars and have ordered them multiple times. I also like some of the pure protein ones but unsure of the fat/sugar content in them. Other pure protein ones that don’t have any crunchiness are super pasty (maybe sticky fudge texture) for me though.

not sure if these count as low carb/low fat, but their sugar content is low.

I like the Costco Kirkland protein bars. They have several flavors, but my favorite is the brownie/cookie dough box. They are more expensive if you buy them online, but a little bit cheaper in the store.

The ones I have in my house right now are a few different flavors of Pure Protein bars. Here is one of the labels:

I have to laugh because I bough a whole bunch of different kinds of protein bars so that the day comes when I can have something crunchy I can go to the cabinet and pick one out and my hubby comes in my office the other day and said he could go to the field and bring me in an alfalfa bale to chew on and it would cost less and more than likely taste better......LOL

I haven't tried any of them yet to have a favorite. I guess I don't have to worry about him getting into them before I can eat them. :)

I'll have to try those - that's a serious amount of fiber. I bet one of those would fill you up for hours!!

I like built bars. They are chewy, like a candy bar. They range from 130-180 kcals and 4-5 net grams sugar/carb with 17-19 G protein. I honestly haven’t paid much attention to the fat content. I only eat about 3-4 per week total though, so probably doesn’t matter too much for me.

Thanks! I think I'll give BariatricPal Protein bars a try.
