My family has pizza once a week. I’ve completely avoided but missed joining in at the table. Tonight I baked tofu with Italian seasoning and dipped it in marinara sauce. It was tasty & hit the pizza craving.

I got so frustrated with the Protein, constipation, and I too have adjusted my diet. That’s the big reason why I want my blood work done. And I’m thankful for that. I think I’ll do okay with this lifestyle change. My supplements will hopefully make up for what I may be missing. Next month will tell.
