Newbie Here 5/29/2020 was my Surgery

I had surgery may 29th and I have had lots of ups and some downs. My Highest weight: 351lbs My current weight is 302lbs So I'm down 48lbs in my first month since surgery and I'm glad I've been doing so well. I found an unflavored protein powder that makes it easier for me to hit my requirements. I hate the vitamins cuz it's like chewing on chalk, but my doc said I can get the chewy ones now. I'm in Stage 3 of my diet for the soft solids and I absolutely detest fish. My dietitian recommended rotisserie chicken cuz it goes down easy. Any suggestions on meals to try in this stage as I work towards stage 4? I have had some sharp pains in my side and the doctor doesn't seem concerned and that's when he explained that my stomach is now in my chest which I didn't realize lol. You learn something new every day!
