losingjusme goes for plastics

yup, i am about 70-80 pounds from my first huge goal (180/190 lbs) and i have a PS consult tomorrow. i actually completely forgot about it with everything going on until they called to confirm.

i have the appointment for arms and LBL. hopefully he will say "i can do the arms now" and give me a goal to hit for a LBL. dont think i will go with this guy though - no insurance whatsoever... how discouraging... i dont even know if my insurance will help me out, but it would be nice to be able to go to someone who accepts insurance. :)

here we go .. :)

thanks guys ...

i go in tomorrow morning at 6. not sure how long checking in (even though i did it on the web, im sure they will want to verify) and the drawing will take.

DD is bringing his camera to take as many pics as he can (both before and after surgery) i asked Dr. P if he would take pics and he didnt seem too enthused. i dont want to push it and really who wants to see my belly lying on a table ? ick.

we're picking my dad up from the airport this afternoon and then dinner and i think i'll take a valium tonight. last night was not a good night sleepwise again. holy crap nerves are really setting in. hopefully they will give me something when i check in tomorrow. i cant even imagine walking into the OR. at least with the band my IV was already started and i was wheeled in. i think here i get to walk in ... yikes!!!

Good Luck tomorrow. After they started my IV they gave me my happy med (Versed) and I danced with my Dr to the OR.It was quiet comical!! My prayers will be with you ,it will be over before you know it.

OMG, I'm nervous for you. Just sitting here thinking about what that must feel like, my hands started shaking. You must be a bundle of nerves.

I'll be praying for you, and for your surgeon that he has quick, skilled hands, and that there will be no complications, and for a speedy UNEVENTFUL recovery!

I second Travelgirl's post above.

I'm nervous and excited and happy and, and, and so many other things for you! You have been there for me and have been such an inspiration to me. I am so over the moon for you that this next step in your amazing journey is coming in about 14 hours!!!!

WOOHOO!!!!

Hey girl, tomorrow will soon be here and just take deep breaths.. you are a strong woman and I know you will get through this with flying colors! I know you are nervous, but just think, when you wake up, it will be over and then the recovery will begin and I'm sure you'll get plenty of pain meds to help you out. This is something you've been wanting for a while now, and now it's finally happening!! I'm so happy for you darling! remember, deep breaths and you'll get through this!! HUGGS

LJM-I am SO excited for you! I am sure all will turn out great! I am so envious! I go for my consult on April 3rd and can't hardly wait so I can't even imagine how happy/scared/excited you are!

You will do fantastic! We will be thinking of you tomorrow!

LJM

I have been away from LBT for a while, busy and such, and just read about your next journey tomorrow. What an inspiration you are (and have been with couch to 5k etc). I am so very excited for you, and will be saying prayers for you as well. It will be over before you know it, and soon the new you will be up and about! How cool is that?!!

Please keep us posted, we care!!

You can do it! You've come so far and this is icing on the cake!

OMG... my ticker says 0 days SINCE my TT... I kinda wanted to see 0 days until, but thats ok...

3am and I've been awake for about half an hour... need to get up at 415 to shower and such, but I'm pretty much wide awake.

sooooo excited, hope DrP is getting a better sleep than I am... :rolleyes2:

I will post the new thread from my DH's iPhone when he decides to wake up.... (sleeping is not easy when you have a 4 yr old DEEP breathing and DH's occasional snore in the same room, but I wouldnt trade them for the world)...

ok... back to bed to rest...
