3 months surgeon check up soon

  • Popular Post

Hope everyone is doing well

I've just made appointment to see my surgeon for my 3 months post op check up.

I'll be doing blood test for all the vitamins and nutrients;

Blood test says:

IRON STUDIES,B12 FOLATE,VIT D,

FBE,

LFT/ELEC

CRP

TFT

LIPIDS HDL LDL

2.5 weeks until I see the surgeon should be good I know he'll be very happy with my progress.

since day 1 of my journey nearly 5 months ago I'm already down 127lbs and 61lbs since surgery.

currently sitting at 195 would like to get to 185 maybe even 180 but I'll see how things go. ?

Should be picking up my rowing machine this coming week which should help with toning..

I'm getting very excited for the coming year ahead!

THANKS

Mike.
