That makes sense so that may be more of my issues. I’m still learning what I can and cannot tolerate. Which seems to change daily ??
Odd feeling when I have forgotten to eat breakfast or when eaten too much (hate not cleaning plate) . It’s the same place that when you are extremely nervous before a test maybe or being winded is so higher than tummy button almost at boob height. It’s a horrible horrible feeling that I cannot relieve just have to wait out.
Is this familiar to anyone else with a Sleeve? How do I relieve this?
