My new way of living

Recommended Posts

Came home today after long day of work, hungry and tired. Right there in front of my eyes were fried falafel balls. I ate 4 . I feel bad for doing so. On top of that I had some dumping about an hour later. Hopefully a run on the treadmill will make me feel better. One of these days I gotta figure out which foods I can grab and be guilt free afterwards. You live and you learn!!!

I will be attempting fast #2 tomorrow. Lots of luck needed.

Weekly update
Was pretty good week as far as my efforts go. I ate well and got in lots of exercise. I did IF a couple of days and surprisingly really enjoyed it. I was a bit disappointed with the scale as I feel like I "deserve" to see a lower #. But a loss is a loss and I wont let it get to me. My goal is to lose 2 lbs per week. As long as i have the right mindset and friends cheering me on i will succeed.

STATS
5'2" / 29 months PO / CW 172.0
Lost 1 lb this week
Since dec 7 I lost 14 lbs and 4.5 inches around my waist!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
