** MERRY XMAS EVERYONE ** broke my stall

Recommended Posts

Woo hoo it is officially Christmas here down under.. Summer here heading for 95 today..

I had a few days there with no changes on the scales I'm not sure why I guess it happens.

Today I woke up and dropped 1.5lbs overnight and hit 210lbs today (95kgs); getting closer everyday to my end goal of 185-195 :D

That's officially 112lbs gone good bye good riddance :D

But I also wanted to wish all my international friends a very merry Xmas and happy new years.

I managed to cook a soup/stew and ate a few tiny pieces of sausage meat and a few carrot pieces and that was it for my Xmas lunch..lol

hopefully one day I'll be able to eat proper food; more than a few bites....One day!

take care.

Mike.

Thank you all for your kindest words.

If all goes well I'll be at my goal of 180-190 within two months...

Which makes a total of 6 months to lose 130-140lbs :)

But I know I'll still need months of weights and resistance to tone up and build some muscle!

THIS is a long term commitment; that I know for sure :D but I'm feeling confident about the future and bring on 2020!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
