Yeah thought it was a mistake when the surgeon's office told me. But it's set in stone. Dr. Charles Huddleston in Cookeville, TN. Will be doing my surgery.

By the way if anyone wants to know, the only whey protein isolate that I like is Now Sports Whey protein isolate unflavored.

Even my wife is drinking a glass full in the morning. She wouldn't touch the horrible flavored powders. I poured 5lbs of it in the trash.

The hardest thing about getting ready for the surgery is the counting down the days till surgery.

It's hard. Keep up the good work.

I have ordered Kristin Lloyd's "Mindset Success," and the workbook. I intend to start working through these after the holidays, with the hope of really hard wiring my new lifestyle changes.

Think I'm gonna be ready for surgery. Going to my surgeon's office tomorrow. And to be a full mornings test at the hospital. It's getting closer. Took this picture for the surgeon's nurse.00000IMG_00000_BURST20191222161949904_COVER.jpeg

I hope as well that your RNY stays uneventful and fast pain free healing.

If you don't mind me asking, where is your surgery going to be and how much did you loose on your first day of a liquid diet? I lost 4lbs. last night. I also rechecked as I do every morning right after I pee. I was still down 4lbs.. Even after putting in 128 oz. of water yesterday.
