Okay all, I'm 8 days postop and cannot stop thinking about sex. I've been so turned on over the last couple days my nipples are hard and sensitive and my clit keeps tingling. My husband and I attempted to have sex last night but didn't get very far as it got a bit too uncomfortable, mostly abdominal muscles pains. How long after did you all wait to have an orgasm? I'm so tempted to satisfy the urge but afraid it might cause more harm than good.

I was a good boy for 3-4 weeks - To much pain! Now as you loose weight its game on! I consider it a form of exercise!

It's all about your comfort. Find a position that is easy on the stomach. I would not be concerned about orgasms hurting you. I was probably 2 weeks post op when I had sex. Enjoy yourself!!!

It was about 2 weeks post-op for me. Honestly earlier than I anticipated. My incisions were mostly healed up, and I found that me on top allowed me to control how much pressure I was putting on my stomach. I'm now 4 months post-op and my husbands' and my sex life hasn't been this good since we were newlyweds! I don't think there's any injury risk with orgasm; just do what you're doing and let your comfort/pain signals guide you. :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
