Crunchy salty snacks

I still in the pre-stage but I doing my best to completely overhaul my diet. I need ideas for quick/on the go crunch-salty snacks. I have been good and not given in to chips, but I sure do want some. Quick and easy is essential. Thanks everyone.

Ooh! I like making those in the oven! Quarter slices of sharp cheddar or pepper jack and bake them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper! I like mine cooked at a higher temp to make them nice

Quest also makes protein chips, you can find them by the other protein shake and bar products at the grocery, but they are pricy!

And yes, I’ve been snacking on almonds. Getting sick of them.

Kale chips?

Whisps are pretty good and sold on the store here. So are Cheddies.

I buy the protein snacks on Bariatric Pal and at the GNC store. I like the protein BBQ chips and I'm expecting a delivery today of the protein cheese puffs to try. Check them out.

I like mine cooked at a higher temp to make them nice and crispy and my daughter likes them slightly chewier at lower temps. Sharp cheddar tastes like Cheese iTs!!

Whisps and Moon Cheese.
