Too many factors control if your loss is fast or slow. I’m 5’5” High weight 254 current weight 133. My weight loss was fast. Six months is not the norm. Size 4 pants – Small/medium shirts.

I'm only 5 feet just over a year ago weighd 240. Lost 41 lbs before surgery CW 182. Is there any other petite losers out here? I have been told the weight loss would be slower. Would love to hear other expetiences.
