Is it possible to drink “to quickly”
Is it possible to drink water “to quickly”. At the end of the day when I realize I didn’t drink enough I take big gulps (no air) every 5-10 minutes just to get the full 64oz in that day. And I didn’t know if it was going to do any harm. I mean obviously it’s easier to drink it throughout the day. But I’m a caregiver and i guess I’m to focused on helping them to make sure I drink the whole 64oz.
