How many calories are you eating several weeks post op?

I’m 7 weeks posts and still get 550-600/day. I’m wondering if that’s too little.

  • I'm 6 weeks and get 800-900.

I would say that sounds about right to me.

  • Are you losing? That’s what I would be concerned with. 500 calories was too low for me but I’m 5’ 10”. My nut bumped me up a few hundred and I found my sweet spot.

I've been staying around 800, but I'm not losing/stalling, so I think I'm going to go back to 600

I am 8 weeks out.

I eat anywhere from 550-800 calories a day. I've noticed on days I do a harder workout, I do eat to the higher end.

I workout 5 days a week.

I am 6 months and just now managing to get 700ish. I was doing 300-400 up until 2 months ago.

I am 15 or so weeks out and I get about 800 to 100 a day. I usually average around 8 or 900. I have lost 65 pounds with 25 more to go, so I must have found the right level!
