PB2 is a powdered Peanut Butter. You can mix it into things - I mix it in my oatmeal a lot. You can also mix it with Water and use it as a spread like regular PB.

My boyfriend says it's not as sweet as regular PB but I think it tastes the same.

On the website, click the nutrition tab. It has a 1/4 of the fat and calories of regular PB.

YUMMMMMM...literally, this was my biggest fear about being banded...heaven forbid I never eat Peanut Butter again...

Well, I can and do eat it..usually about 3 times a week. I put it in a little bowl and dip apple slices into it. Phenomenal...and a good way of getting some Fiber...

Haven't had a PB&J as I am not really eating bread products (or trying not to)...but that is my favorite food on earth. If I never have it again, I'll be fine...as long as I can consider myself healthy!!!
