I like this stuff. It works well if you mix it in a few ounces of warm water with a fork as directed. You just add it to what ever cold or hot liquid after that and you can't hardly notice it's there.

I agree w the Genepro suggestion. I have been putting it in tomato and broccoli cheese soup as well as pudding. Can’t taste it at all. When I put it in soup I put 1 scoop into a half cup of soup for 3

Hi there ! Just wondering the best Protein Powder to add to soups that most importantly - don't add a aftertaste. Something that don't mess with the flavor of what I'm making.. I intend to roast veggies, broth, spices,etc and add my own protein powder.
