Surgery Feb 4th anybody get sick before?

My surgery is scheduled for February 4th. I had a UTI and am currently still finishing antibiotics. I also had a strange GI virus , no vomiting but had the other yucky symptom. That's better now. But now both of my kids have colds. Anyway, I'm nervous. Anyone out there?

Hopefully someone will have had a similar experience and able to reassure you.

You still have about five days to go, hopefully everyone's colds will have cleared up by them.

Hope all goes well for your surgery!

You could try some Zicam, shouldn't hurt, might help, keep your hands washed to slow down the germs getting YOU.

I'd definitely give the Zicam a go as Frustr8 says, and maybe Airborne or EmergenC.

My surgery is Feb 5th and I am so paranoid about getting sick beforehand!

How are you Boldilocks?

Thanks for asking! Physically, I'm fine. Mentally, I'm getting nervous and anxious due to the weirdness of my home situation and my husband not knowing about the surgery. Eek. My daughters are my cheerleaders though. Looking forward to being on the other side, as I'm sure you are!
