Do these mix easily?

Recommended Posts

Both mix well if you shake them well. The Syntrax can get kind of foamy, but give it a few minutes an the foam will go down. I find that the fruity Syntrax ones (like lemonade and fuzzy navel) taste better with ice. The Unjury choc tastes better with milk. If you have a Blender Bottle (one of those bottles with the wire ball in it), they both work even better.

They're typically fairly cheap at places like TJ Max/Marshalls, etc. They're usually in the exercise area.

And I know Wally World has them, last time I looked there was a display in the Pharmacy area and another in Housewares. And during Camping season in Sporting Goods. And they are not THAT expensive.🍶

I started putting the Syntrax Nectar to Go packets in my coffee today. 1 packet per 8oz of coffee. Quite tasty. I mix with a handheld milk frother and it dissolved instantly. It does get a little frothy, but will die down. I found I had to add some stevia (Pyure) to sweeten it up...but for someone that has already had surgery, it might be sweet enough for you.

I've also seen sets of blender balls on Amazon, so you can use whatever bottle you already have.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
