Weight loss stall, holiday gain - KETO?

I know there are a bunch of posts already about Keto from last year, however they are really all over the place. Has anyone done Keto, OR a low carb diet that made them get out of a stall, and lose weight after that? I had gastric bypass in May, and only lost 40 pounds total. I am in desperate need of a jump start. I was thinking of doing the protein shake liquid diet to jump start weight loss for 3 days, and then start a low carb/keto diet. Anyone have suggestions, or any experience with this?

Thanks in advance!

I suggest a pantry/kitchen purge

Yup. Toss the junk if you have any. Break out your surgery materials and read them again. Recommit to the journey, stick to it, be flexible , forgiving and find sustainable methods to stay on plan
