So I have the sagging skin making jeans and pants so hard to wear. Anyone have any compression garments they would recommend? 5 months post op (150# in 12 mo’s)

Thank you

Literally ANY compression gear, don't bother spending a lot on popular brand names, walmart/target/amazon all have good, inexpensive compression gear. Don't confuse compression gear with waist trainers, waist trainers are usually for corset and hourglass figure "training" and are not for "holding in sagging skin".

I have several underwire camisoles that I wear instead of a bra because they create a smoother line and jeans/pants look better. I tuck them into regular panties with jeans and into a pair of Shapewear bike shorts with dress pants. I think it helps a lot. I have the most luck finding them at a good price on eBay or stores like Ross Dress For Less and Marshalls. Target and Kohls also carry a line from Sara Blakely (originator of Spanx) called Assets which have a bit better price point.

I cant afford surgery. Shapewear works for me. I found a body shaper at ross that you can wear with your own bra. It's very affordable. It's in this style below.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
