you are correct, I don't trust mine to be accurate but I know I'm moving in the right direction if the body fat percentage is trending downward.

I've got a FitBit Aria and I do like it. But if you don't have a FitBit already, there might be other options that are much cheaper. @AshAsh1 what was the name and link to that scale on Amazon that
My scale died recently and I bought the WW Wi-Fi scale and I hate it. I feel like it bounces around a lot and it doesn’t sync directly with my iPhone health app. I have to connect to the scale every time I use it or my weight isn’t recorded.
Do you have a digital scale that you can use an iPhone with that you love? Preferably one that tells you body fat and such?
Have you used the Aria? Was it good?
