What is your rate of weight loss???

How much are you losing over what time period??? I want to understand the rate that people are losing weight over time. For example I lose 2-3 lbs. every 2 weeks. It seems like its gotten into a regular rhythm.

  • I'm really having a ruff time with my gastric sleeve post op. It's been 2 months. And I'm just able to drink water. I ended up on TPN. Feeding tube. The doctor just removed it this passed Monday. So.

  • I’m 8 weeks post-op. For the first 6 weeks, I averaged about 5 pounds a week, but these last 2 weeks, I have only lost about 2 pounds per week.

  • By month, I went: 22, 10, 10, 5, 7, 5. So definitely slowing, but I'm partly putting that down to a really weird few months with a lot of unpredictability. Next month will be a lot more stable with re

No they didn't. But they said it was possible. Especially with auto immune disease. Now I want to get to the point to enjoy my weight loss journey. I am feeling stuck in lbs. The dietician said it will come. The food line was feeding me 1800 calories for 12 hours a day. Which sucks!!!
I haven't been able to exercise.. because I'm exhausted. And my body still weak. But, I have Faith. It will come gradually.
My goal weight is 125lbs.

My last statistical analysis was 3.4 lbs per week. But I am now in my longest stall of 3 weeks.

That's wonderful!!

I think mine was about 2-3 a week after the first big loss. I am currently in a stall, only down a pound in 4-6 weeks, I can't remember because I am just pushing through. Down a total of 70 in 5 months.

I am 6 weeks post sleeve. Surgery weight 277 currently 239. Nearly a pound a day. Down 63 pounds overall since January and the pre-op diet.
I got the sleeve end of March, so almost 6 months post op. I’ve lost 70 lbs but the last few months it’s been sooo slow: I feel like I’m doing everything right but this last month I’ve lost 5 pounds and it just seems like I suck at this... I know there are stalls but it’s still very discouraging.
My surgeon told me to expect 8-10lbs a month.
I’m only 1 week post op. Losing a little over a pound a day. Lost 59 on my own before surgery. HW 301. SW 242. CW 236.

That is normal, depending on initial BMI. It tapered to half of initial after a couple weeks. Then began exercising a lot, everyday, and I have maintained 3.4/week for that last 6 months.
Surgery dec 20th so about 9 months post. Lost over 100 lbs. obv slower as the months went on—
