  10. Liquids go right through you. Once you are able to eat solid food like chicken take it slow or you will be hurting!
  11. I was wearing size 42 pants now I am in 34 waist. When I pick up the pants I still say to my self there is no way I am going to fit into them. But they slide right on and I am on my way. ? pictures and paying attention to how your clothes fit is key.
  12. I am in same boat as most here sleeved July 31 down 62 lbs I have been at my first target weight of 215 for about a month an a half. Went from size 42 jeans to 34. I am back to my high school weight. I am looking to lose another 10-20 lbs and then maintain forever! Loosing hair like crazy probably not eating enough Protein. Super happy with my progress. In January I will be one year since starting the 6 month weight loss program for insurance and down a total of 85 lbs!

  14. Agree drink more water. Nestle splash mandarin orange flavor is the only water I drink anymore. Something about regular water doesn’t seem appealing like it did before.
  15. Starting weight in Jan 302. Sleeved July 31st weighed 277. Just over 2 months from surgery down to 225. 52lbs! 77 lbs since January.
  16. I am 6 weeks post sleeve. Surgery weight 277 currently 239. Nearly a pound a day. Down 63 pounds overall since January and the pre-op diet.
  17. My surgeon told me not to pick a goal weight and if you pay attention to the scale you will drive yourself crazy. He said pay attention to how your clothes fit and work on exercise goals. He also said pick an item of clothing to remind you of where you were (belt)
  18. I feel your pain. We were busy and I told my wife to just grab a pizza for the kids. I drank beef broth. The liquids are not filling at all just move right through the sleeve. Like you I am not really hungry but I would like to eat something ?
  19. 5 days post op and I can drink a lot. I have no problem sipping through an 8oz cup of broth in 20 minutes. I haven’t felt full from the liquids but I do t have much of an appetite either. I could go for some spaghetti though ?
  20. 5 days post op (sleeve) down 17 lbs since surgery date. I didn’t think I would lose the weight this quickly. I am having no problems drinking the liquid diet or water. Again I am surprised I can drink as much as I can. Anyone else surprised about how much they can drink?
  21. Mine is tomorrow too!
  22. Surgery scheduled for the 31st. Day 3 of my pre-op diet of 800-900calories per day. I had to buy food from their store. Luckily I only have to do 1 week as I am very low energy today. Day 1 wasn’t bad, day 2 was worse, day 3 just tired.
