3 days post surgery and no restriction

62 years old and surgery was done on Monday, January 7. I feel pretty good, sore and exhausted and realize that will take some time. I’ve lost 4 lbs but I don’t feel any restriction at all! Is this normal? Seeing my doctor next Thursday. Anyone else have little to know restriction?
