Moved to soft foods today. Clogged the toilet. Coincidence? I think not

Was able to have soft foods today and went to lunch, ate maybe half a bowl of tortilla chicken soup minus everything that is unhealthy so basically no toppings. Came home and immediately clogged the toilet. Literally.

Light headed and crawling into bed with ice chips. Chewing might be over rated my new friends

Oh man! Hopefully you feel better soon.

Maybe to many spices /carbs? I plan on taking mine slow when it finally gets here. So paranoid about dumping

Maybe quantity was too much? I find that I don't have bathroom issues if I eat just a teeny tiny bit at one meal. I also noticed that if I start to burp that signals me to stop. Also important to separate water from meals and only sip it. Just sharing what seems to be (finally) working for me. Sleeve surgery was Aug 15.
