I recently hit my 4 week post op date which has released me to introduce puréed foods. I’ve chosen healthy low carb choices and now I’m at a stall. Do you really continue to lose weight when you aren’t starving your body with water and protein shakes exclusively? I guess I just don’t see how this works and am feeling discouraged.

I’ve lost 45 pounds and can’t keep quiet anymore because I’m constantly being asked what I’m doing to lose weight and I would never lie.

I got flavorless Genepro and put it in everything. I actually put some on my baked potato I had for supper 😂 Gotta get that protein in. -
