Congrats, LJM!! You are such an inspiration!

LJM that is fantastic. I know you have had a couple of rough days lately but this has to put you on top of the world. Your accomplishments show just how important it is to conquer the demons. Your smile is priceless.

I finished my 5K today with another personal best 31:42!! I was soooooo SUPER excited especially since I have been battling tendonitis in my foot all last week. I didn't break the the 30 minute mark that I was hoping for but I did pace a 10:14! Not to bad for a chick that was REALLY fat just a few months ago. See what you have done to inspire me!

Let me know when you start training for the Chicago...so we can be virtual training partners. Believe me...by the time I need to do that dreaded 12 mile run...I am going to need to know that someone is cheering me on!

Great JOB!!!!!

LJM,

Girl I had to hunt down this post just to see how you did. Fantastic job.

Thanks for putting your dreams and goals out there for the rest of us to follow along. You're quite a testiment to how much a person can achieve if they want it.

Your drive and determination are awesome.

LJM,

I have been reading this thread and following your progress, I am so happy for you meeting your goal! You are a big inspiration to many!

That is such a great picture, and what a proud moment for you! I can't wait to see more pictures.

Your smile says it all!

Congratulations.

To echo many others, you are an inspirations...now if I could just have your voice in my head telling me to get off my arse and do it! It just isn't the same when it is me saying it!
