@newmebithebypass My pre op diet is actually one of the easier ones ive seen. I get a protein shake for breakfast, protein bar for lunch, 3 oz of lean meat and salad with 1 serving of fat free dressing and 6 unsalted crackers, for dinner. I can have sugar free jello and popsicles in between if i get hungry. I start mine Aug 14th.

The 3 weeks prior I can basically have anything as long as it has less than 5 grams of sugar and contains zero flour other than that I get all the meat veggies stuff like that I even get things like halo top ice cream and as long as I stick to a single serving dark chocolate or sugar free chocolateOn 07/22/2018 at 13:21, Chrisb428 said:
