I've been stalled for a week and gained 2 lbs this week! But in all honestly my eating was horrible this week. I'm down 23 pounds total, 17 lbs down since surgery. I did meal prep this week so I hope that keeps me making better choices and helps move the stall. I still have not made it to a work out today is Monday though so no motivation like a Monday start lol.

How long have you had your stall? My Dr. said two to 3 weeks stalls would be normal in between large amounts of weight coming off as your body catches up with the weight loss so not to worry. He recommended just staying on track with good habits such as protien first, then veggies, then carbs when eating and stopping when full and my body would do the rest. My problem is i'm a bored eater. I eat just to have something to do. So i'm drinking Water to try and replace that habit. Like i said i did not do good last week and I gained 2lbs sooooo i need to get better habits lol.

On that note if anyone else is bored eater and just uses food to fill your time let me know what tips you have done to help curb that habit. Look forward to hearing suggestions. Also if anyone wants to post what your daily food intake looks like that would be helpful.... not sure if i'm eating to much some days i feel like i could eat a house other days i can only eat an egg....

Had almost 2 week stall. Lost 22lbs since 6/21 surgery. I started to make sure i was getting 60 protien, under 30 carbs and trying more Water but the Water part is hard. Started losing again with more protien less carbs.

Rougly 2 weeks. I don’t really eat too much. I drink my Premier Protein shakes, I have an egg and some cottage cheese for Breakfast, maybe a hard boiled egg with hummus, or albacore tuna. And another shake. Water intake is so hard! Only because I’m used to chugging my water, can’t do that now. So it’s hard.

Move started going to the gym. Light activity, tonight I’ll be going to Zumba tho! I love that classs! I’ll maybe download an app and see where I’m going with carbs and micros.

My clothing is getting bigger but the scale isn’t moving. Maybe I obsess with it a bit much. I figured once my 2.5 weeks of a period and Constipation passed the scale would move. But it’s still at 180.4 im going to see my dr on Wednesday. So. I hope to get some good news. Thanks for your input ladies! It’s appreciated

I am on a eternal stall, lost 14lbs in 2 weeks than around 1 lb per week since than. Lost 22lbs in total since surgery(6/7). On other groups I heard about the fat whoosh effect. I definitely recommended to google it. It explain stalls. Unfortunately my Doctor is super busy and my month follow up will happen next week almost 2 months so I am kinda flying blind.

Let’s see some miniature progress pics from all my fellow June Sleevers! 😊

I’m 6 weeks out and 31 lbs down!! HW: 199...SW: 192...CW 168!!!!

I'm still behind you a good 10 lbs with only 10 days difference. How much time are you in the gym. I've been so weak with so few calories I am not sure I would survive.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
