Two week countdown!

Two weeks today I’ll be getting my VSG. Excited, impatient and anxious in equal measures I guess!

First day of liquids today but vaguely followed it for an extra 2 weeks before albeit with a proper meal PM. Amazed how much better it’s made me fee already so bring on the post surgery life 😃

WOW!!!! excited for you! Mine is 7 weeks away. People keep asking me if i'm nervous. I'm not, but I am anxious to get to my date. Rooting for you!

Mine is April 25th and I started my Clear liquid diet (albeit Protein Shakes) 6 days ago. The first couple were Brutal due to detoxing. I had played around with doing it before. Now that I'm 6 days out I barely feel hunger, however I did get 118 oz of Fluid in yesterday, 12 from black coffee, 32 from Powerade Zero, 22 from Premier Protein, and 5-16.9 bottles of Water. All the fluid plus my Vitamins and meeting my protein intake, make me not very hungry. Plus the more I drink the more water weight I lose.
