Swimming shirts/wet suit

Recommended Posts

DXL has a Harbor Bay swim shirt? Or maybe they classify it as a athletic tee? Anyways it’s great for a multitude of uses. It’s breathes really well and stays put in the Water. Also a great workout shirt & it dries really quick. It’s worth a look.

Ha - one major reason I got the surgery was watching videos of my brother taking my niece to swimming lessons and wondering what I would do when I had to be shirtless in front of fitter strangers for an hour or two every week.

At present, all of my sagging skin would be covered by board shirts or swim trunks, and I wouldn’t even wear a t-shirt into the pool or hot tub at my heaviest (it gets waterlogged and it just looks ridiculous). The rash guard is a good idea, albeit one that came from women who descended on a Guys Room thread for the five billionth time. I bought a couple on Amazon yesterday and may try them out in the Bahamas next week.

It’s quite hard to see what “room” a conversation is in on the app. They should fix that.

There is a place in california called Corral reef wetsuits, they make a now-wetsuit type shirt that works really well, to well if its warm out, cross between a wetsuit and a rash guard, i have 2 or 3 of them. I also have bought a few off ebay from a company called hardcore, they have a really nice rash guard at a good price, seems the darker colors hide a few things better than a white one.

Any compression shirt should work as well. There are a bunch of Amazon that are superhero prints and are under $20. The one I'm wearing in my avatar would work well for a swim shirt.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
