Wow, you lost fast! We started at similar weights, I was 205 last June before the pro op diet for 2 weeks, surgery in July. And I am still at 156. You look amazing. How do you still have hair? I’ve only lost 49 lbs and I have only 1/4 of my hair left. Admitting to envy! But you are inspirational. Congrats!

You look fantastic, this surgery helps alot of people. My weight would always come back it didn't matter what diet I tried, I'm 4'11"
My HW 238 I looked hideous to myself.
My SW 209
Myself CW 147,
I didn't do the surgery for any other reason than to get healthy.
I felt lost in my own prison that I created for myself.... I did think it was going to make me happy though, but that idea is long gone. I'm happy now because I feel so much better. As I aproach my 8th month I am so happy with the results that I would do it all over again, that's how I know I'm happy. Congrats on your weight loss you look amazing![emoji258]

I have lost a good bit of hair, but right now it's still hanging on; I've been good about the Protein, but the Vitamins are a struggle. I've tried chewable and capsuls, and uugh. But it should start coming back. And don't say "only" about your loss! That's 196 sticks of butter! Think about how much that is.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
