Weight Loss....you are a fickle evil creature

Ok...so for five days in a row...I was super careful with my diet, walked seven miles a day, and slept at least 7 hours. Weight loss? Nada. Nothing. Scale isn't budging.

So I have a bad sleep night, eat a few extra carbs and salt...even corn chips *gasp!*....can't bring myself to walk all seven miles....had a *still legal* but crappier diet day yesterday.

Weight loss? Two pounds.

Weight loss....you suck. You're drunk, go home.

On the plus side? 60 pounds down....40 to go. I just wish there was more rhyme and reason to it!

Same for me. I’m thinnest on Wednesday. Usually by four pounds. I’m considering moving my official weigh in day from Friday to Wednesday after seeing this trend for a few weeks....

I hear you! I was super good for the month of November (even on thanksgiving!) and barely lost anything. Then went in a 2.5 week cruise where I was not so good? lost 6 lbs.... I did read somewhere one time that the scale today reflects what happened last week - or something like that. I wish I could remember it specifically. Anyway, I think it was telling me that I didn't really lose 6 lbs on my cruise :)
