Just got back from my final appointment with the surgeon. Received a date of February 13. They will submit my information to my insurance company, but I have no reason to think I won't be approved.

Looking for any buddies February and/or surgery day twins.

I am on day 4 of the pre-op diet and I too am having issues with headaches. It should get better. I am allowed a low carb meal every day for the first 2 weeks then protein drink only the last 2 weeks. Just need to hold tight and go with the flow I guess

I think I'm going to switch from coffee to black tea for a few days, then green tea, then herbal tea over the course of my liquid diet. That way it's both a mental and chemical switch. The hardest part for me will be avoiding my beloved Starbucks espresso drinks!!!! *cries*

Hesitate to say. They called this morning for Feb. 13th, but honestly, after being told April, I accepted a project and now it conflicts. I "think" it will be Feb. 20. But will know more later. Just so, sooooo surprised the insurance company already approved and there was no 10-infinity days anxiety-ridden approval time I had to sweat out!

Day-um you might still beat me. The heifer(see I'm thinking mean thoughts) at the surgeon's office is out with the flu, with my luck nobody picked up the slack. So I'm stillll waiting

Feb 20th for me!

Mine is the 2/19/18

Hello, I am not a bypass person yet but Ive had the sleeve. I'm currently having issues with it and the doctor said if my stomach doesn't heal the right way or if it has created an "L" shave versus a "C" shape I will have to get the bypass. I'm nervous. If I do have the bypass it will be the end of this month. I'm super nervous!
