Mine! 6 months. I started in August, so I'm late Jan/Feb timeframe, too.

I started the end of December last year & some things came up so I had to stop and I’m restarting but they’re letting me start where I left off. So February.
And if I would’ve just finished back then, my insurance only required 3 months. But it changed. [emoji19]

Hey February sleevers, My date is Feb 6, 2018 and I'm looking for buddies with close dates. I'm really wanting to start a support chat group on LINE, which is a messaging app I use, because I'm in Taiwan and I little isolated from support. Anyone interested? <3

Hi everyone. Started in April but couldn’t officially start till July. Having my last nutrition appointment this Saturday. Then next mouth is my surgeons appointment to conclude my 6 months requirement. However the Bariatric center told me it will most likely be end of January or February because the surgeon is teaching and lecturing. Also switching insurance carriers in January. Hope this won’t stall things up.🤞

My insurance wants me to have 6 months of supervised dieting, however, since I'm on Weight Watchers, they have accepted that. I still have to abide by the surgeon's guidelines and find out how many months of supervision they require from me. I've completed approximately 90% of the prerequisite testing. In 2 weeks I'll complete the rest (psych evaluation, meet and greet with the surgeon, nutrition/dietician) I've been doing this for a month now, and I'm getting pretty impatient waiting for the next appointment, or even getting any information. But that is something I have to deal with. I'm hoping to have surgery In January/February (Fingers crossed!). I can't wait to have some sleeve buddies! :)

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
