Sample Menu

Hello all, I had DS surgery 6/10/17 and am having a heck of a time consuming enough protein. I’m to the point that protein shakes make me gag but I force at least one down a day. Does anyone have a sample menu to get all required protein in without going crazy over the calorie/carbohydrate/sugar/fat limitations? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
