Wow!!! That's fabulous!!

I had my surgery may 17. So far I lost 42 pounds.

Keep up the great work!!!

May 23rd here. I was 224 on day of surgery. I was 207 this morning. It's not going well for me at all. All of you big losers should count yourself lucky!

LittleM- it has fallen off pretty fast but I really struggle with eating, getting protein in, and getting 64 oz of fluids in every day. I barely exercise. I'm trying to set mini goals and do better on each. Need more energy! I need to lose 50-60 more and it will stop coming off so fast soon and I'll have to work at it more. Best of luck to you!

Hi little am. Don't get discouraged!! Slow and steady is what you want.
Savagegirl I thought I was the only one struggling w/ eating, getting protein in and water. My energy level has been extremely low. I exercise 1-2 days, I need to do more.
