Left hip and.lower back pain 60/lbs lost in 3 months though
Hello family, One thing I have noticed is that I had my gastric bypass on may 25th I wait in at 306, I'm 5 foot 10, so I carry it well, I am now a total of 245 pounds once again. 5 10 athletic build and I feel great. Currently, I have been noticing left hip pain to the point that if I left my left hip up, I hear a little pop and lower back pain, but I noticed that my hips and my butt and my legs are so much smaller and I was wondering if anyone has had this problem.. Wondering how many pounds lost means a smaller size.
I am 8 weeks post op and I had the bypass. Lost 52 pounds and I went down two sizes. Went from a 2X shirt to an XL. Just be patient and your size will go down gradually. Sent from my SM-G935P using BariatricPal mobile app

Problem Area
My daughters do an awesome core work out but it doesn't deal with weights it is strictly like doing the ropes they also do planks they also do steam engines look up thoseCore exercises that sprinters and runners do and when you do core exercises it will transform your Stomach area and increase your protein and will be looking at a six pack very soon

Week three down 25 lbs
I would love to, I started out my surgery weight was 299 and after my surgery I rested for about maybe three days and then I started walking around my neighborhood slowly I had a walking stick with water and my protein which was the protein that has approximately 30 g of protein Sam's Club, and then I just continue to eat my broth and my two shakes, sugar free jello and continue to sip or eat it every 15 minutes actually actually set an alarm on my phone to make sure that every 15 minutes I was sipping something and now at week three I did do like a 3 to 4 days stall and then as of today I have lost a total of 30 pounds so I recommend just staying on point with your diet and getting up and moving because it also helps to make sure blood clots are not going to be formed and just keep moving and that helps your metabolism and it's telling your body that you are doing something new now so my dietitian just shared with me yesterday that my stomach is the size of golf ball or I have the stomach the size of a banana and it's all in the mind tricking your mind to say this is it this is what I'm supposed to eat this is the exercise I am going to do and this is the life I'm going to live - hope that helps
