Left hip and.lower back pain 60/lbs lost in 3 months though

Hello family, One thing I have noticed is that I had my gastric bypass on may 25th I wait in at 306, I'm 5 foot 10, so I carry it well, I am now a total of 245 pounds once again. 5 10 athletic build and I feel great. Currently, I have been noticing left hip pain to the point that if I left my left hip up, I hear a little pop and lower back pain, but I noticed that my hips and my butt and my legs are so much smaller and I was wondering if anyone has had this problem..
