I am a little nervous about after surgery what it's going to feel like heard so many stories

July 31 Sleeve Date here as well. PreOp diet starts July 17 th, but I have already started having a protein shake for breakfast this week and will increase to adjust to my full liquid preop diet. My Surgeon preop visit is July 27 and then I have a educational class to take on July 26?

Congratulations I have pre op diet starting July 17 and on the 18th I have to go meet withy surgeon to sign off on my surgery I'm so exited I've cut out sodas sweets alcohol so far working on the rest

I'm July 31 as well! In Los Angeles at UCLA. No pre-op diet but I eat about 100 g of protein a day and take BCAAs. Had my pre-op 2 1/2 weeks ago.

July 18. I really want it today!!!

Mine is also 7/18 preop and 7/31 sleeve.
