Yes I agree about the insurance...sone testes I feel are not necessary..

I want to say everyone is asked to do different things for the ladt two weeks....i did not follow my diet to tbe T.....in the morning i had my coffee with 2 wheat toast with PB...my protein shake for lunch...and either chicken ...pork...or turkey with vegetables for dinner and lost weight...for snake I had sugar free fudge pop.... I am READY...my surgery was for the 12th...but yesterday after my last appointment to be clear it was moved up due to a cancellation...10th..I started at 387....weighed in at 366....I am excited...I've had surgery before laparoscopic....so this soldier is ready for combat..
