    I want to say everyone is asked to do different things for the ladt two weeks....i did not follow my diet to tbe T.....in the morning i had my coffee with 2 wheat toast with PB...my protein shake for lunch...and either chicken ...pork...or turkey with vegetables for dinner and lost weight...for snake I had sugar free fudge pop....
